2016 sees the Nova Sport Register in it’s second year of shows. We hope we can make the 2016 show season as enjoyable as 2015 and continue where we left off! Although we will be at various events during the year we have listed the highlights for you below.
For all shows where will have a display stand you will need to be a member of the Nova Sport Register to display with us, although most shows you can attend as a member of the public.
**If you are interested in attending an event with us then please contact us before you travel to a show to make sure we have space, and to confirm that dates have not changed for a show.
Vauxhall Heritage Centre Open Day 2016
A popular free event for all ages, Vauxhall opens it doors to it’s own collection of Classic Vauxhalls for the public to enjoy. With the heritage centre cars, and cars belonging to the public there will be plenty to see, along with a small autojumble to try and find that part to finish your rebuild.

VBOA “Billing” 2016
By far the best event in the Vauxhall Calendar. Although The Sport Register is not a member of the VBOA all members of The Register also get membership to our parent club “Just Opel Vauxhall” which is a member and you will be welcome to display your pride and joy with them.
2015 saw the biggest ever gathering of Nova Sports with 28 cars on display for the 30th Anniversary of the Nova Sport. 2016 is shaping up to be just as good with lots to see and do.
This show is ideal for all the family, with the great facilities on offer at Billing, the whole family can be entertained…and it’s not just Sports on show. You’ll find nearly every single Vauxhall, Opel or Bedford you could possibly imagine here this weekend.
It doesn’t matter if your car’s not seen the road for years, or if she’s a bit rough around the edges. If she’s a Sport she needs to be here. Dig out the polishing cloths and get ready for the big one!

2016 Events
Total Retro 2016
2016 will be the third time this show will have been run. This year the show will be held over 3 days in July and should be a great weekend.

The Collective Car Show
2016 is the first year this show has been run. The Sport Register has booked an exclusive Nova Sport dedicated track session! 11am will see up to 20 Nova Sports on track at Croft in North Yorkshire, probably the only time you’ll see as many sports on track at the same time!
As well as the track session there will be static car displays and various things going on during the day including children’s entertainment, Stunt driving displays and Precision driving displays.

Birmingham NEC Classic Car Show
A great weekend show for all the family again. Based over several halls at the NEC, you’ll see everything from a Lada to a Lamborghini.
